The Philippines should "copy and paste" the way Singapore deal with crimes and criminals. Gua Hua Ping aka Alice Leal Gua should have been jailed ASAP when she committed perjury or lying under oath right after the hearing. Jail would actually punish her as well as "protect" from who would silence her. I see dedication in Hontiveros, Gatchalian, Tulfo, and others. They were polite and proper even though Hua Ping "Alice" continue to lie. A less than restrained interrogator would yell at her.

To me, besides the fingerprints and all that as evidence of her fraudulent citizenship. She says she was born in Tarlac. As a 100% Fil-Am Kapampangan myself, can she even speak Capampangan? Most people in Pampanga and Tarlac take pride in able to speak that local language. If she can't even speak a few sentences in that, I know for sure she is a fraud. You got Koreans in Angeles City that can speak a little Kapampangan even if Tagalog or English is their second primary language besides Korean.

Hindi fake ang Phil. Passport at ang birth certificate. Hindi totoo ang mga nakasaad sa application niya for late registration of birth sa Local Civil Registrar kaya ang birth certificate niya was fraudulently obtained.

We blame the leaders for being corrupt but where did this people come from and who elected them to be placed in those positions? Those people in power are just representative samplings of the same kind or quality of people, as a whole, who elected them! As the saying goes, "You reap what you sow".

There is corruption big time in PSA. Me and my 8 sibling dont have birth certificate because we all was born in our house. We just registered late in our 20s. It is not easy to get a late registration. The mayor and the congressman our our relatives but we still have to complete all the paper works. It took us months before we were able to complete the docs. Walang palakasan.

The problem with the Philippines system is the constant change of Government which is every six years. When a new President is elected he brings in his own team. One of those team members will be the head of the LTFRB who would also have his own team. To get rid of the employees of the previous president, the new LTFRB Head will declare a budget of "One Peso" for the entire LTFRB department which means the key employees of LTFRB will have to leave because there's no budget. Once the new LTFRB Head has his new team in place, those new employees have six years to milk the system as much as possible before they're replaced by the next oncoming President. How do LTFRB employees earn extra money? One way is to issue one taxi license to several parties and also demand fees to expedite approval or renewal of taxi licenses.

I was born under a Pilipino mom and I can't even qualify for dual citizenship because I forgot to declare when I was 21 back in the early 1990s per the 1987 Philippines Constitution. Actually, I didn't know. It's not like we had the internet then to know these things and who hangs out at the immigration office or consulate anyway? And here you have corrupt Chinese working with corrupt fellow Pilipinos giving these people fake citizenship. Totally not fair. Both my parents are Filipino. My dad became an American in the 1950s and my mom was still a Pilipino citizen the day I was born. Malas lang ipanaganak ako yung taon na 1972 sa America vs 1973 😢.

A strong leader in the Philippines? Not a chance. I was born in the Philippines 88 years ago. It was corrupt then and will continue to be. Leaders are made, not born. The "leaders " during WW2 collaborated with the enemy to save their skin. Today, they help each other to amass wealth and power, while the common folks starve, live in the streets of Manila, and are forgotten and marginalized. A strong leader? Forget it. It's a beautiful dream, though.

Let us get to the bottom of the real issue of the country's corruption issue. And like any other country's issue including U.S.A and any other country you can think of? First things first. What does the Bible say, or the Word of God in the Bible explains about humanity’s dilemma? A few of the people that are in this forum who happen to be Subscribers including me of Grandpa’s Vlogger channel, may have some knowledge about our origin? Meaning what the Bible says about us humans and why we are still in this current situation on corruption? Corruption began in the Book of Genesis, that is if you read the Bible, then you would know what I’m talking about? We are a fallen nature kind of people and that’s why corruption is still here. It will not go away, and it is going to get worse and worse as the days go by and as long as people are still in their fallen nature (corrupt nature). It came from the very first act of sin by the first human who fell into sin in the Garden of Eden named Adam. This is the real answer as to why finance, money, and power corruption are the very core of our deepest problem. It will not end until the second coming of our Savior Jesus Christ, but He did end the agonizing payment for sin on our behalf through His shed blood on the cross for the forgiveness of our sins and the sin of the whole World. He will come to end all rule and authority under His rulership with the Rod of Iron and a Scepter of righteousness. Only Christ can do this and not humans as He is also God who created all things in Heavens and on Earth. You must be born-again to renew your corrupted body, soul, and spirit and be Heaven bound, not here on Earth. The Heaven and the Earth will be re-created with the new Heaven and the new Earth since this present Earth is still groaning due to its corruption the same day Adam and Eve were corrupted after the fall. Look up in Heaven where the final destiny of the new born-again Christian will be heading towards and to be with God. Humans will only inherit corruption on this present place on Earth. Remove your corruption by accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. It is a free gift of Salvation and make Him to be your Shepherd who will cleanse you from all corruption and sin, Amen.

I agree with you. It's very frustrating to see the leaders who are elected both in USA and PH. There are many layers of leaders and corruption. Smaller organizations and groups conspire to elect the corrupt leaders and everyone has their hand out for their share of the money. Countries even poorer than PH will starve their people and steal foreign aid. It's happening in Gaza now. I wish PH would get a leader like Singapore's famous president who took a hard line on corruption. I enjoy your videos and admire your honesty. I believe your heart is in the right place. You are right on all counts. What makes it worse in a Developing Country is that the severity and the impact are felt in a magnitude far greater than in a Developed Country. That is because it puts the less developed country at distinct of not have the wealth to make corrections and change course quickly that can take generations to overcome. It's therefore a situation of two steps forward one step backward and the resulting effect is People suffer tremendously.

Agree with your assessment of corruption in the Philippines. The magnitude ranges from the lowliest barangay official to the highest elected officials. It's so ingrained in Philippine society that it may take decades or generations to resolve until then the Philippines remains a Third World country.

Please be VERY careful not to expose these evil folks publicly or incite anyone to attack them as corrupt officials. We do what we can privately and with facts and hope that little by little the poor, abused, neglected Filipinos will wake up and effect some real and lasting change themselves. They are the real power but they dont know what to do....yet! Alice Hua Ping is a monster but only one of thousands of evil Chinese in this country.
